Opt-Out of Prescreen Offers

Over the past 3 weeks, I have received 4 separate offers for the same credit card saying I've been pre-approved. This is ridiculous. I have subsequently sent in a request for a permanent opt-out for offers like this. You can find the website here, which is provided free of charge under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
