Absolutely! One of the big problems with recycling around here is the cost-efficiency. One neighboring town did away with their program because they were losing money. It's a shame because it seems if people were more active with sorting their trash, there may be enough materials to make the recycling program worthwhile to the city.
I think every community should have a recycling program and it should cover everything from paper to electronics.
